The World’s Largest Stamp Impressions Painting was created by Bureau of Indian Standards, Chennai Branch Office and Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering Students, measuring 2030 square feet, using 2,36,834 stamp impressions. It was painted to create an awareness about Standards & Quality and setting a new World Record at an event ‘The BIS Imprint’ held on 14th February 2025 at the auditorium in Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur, Chennai, India organised by Bureau of Indian Standards, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, Chennai Branch Office. The event was managed by Balmer Lawrie & Ladder Commercial Solutions (P) Ltd.
